• Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
• Design and implementation of IT infrastructure, systems and networks in accordance with the IT
• Oversees the administration of various hardware and software technology systems.
• Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business.
Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the
organization and its partners.
Assist ERP systems users with data conversion.
Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system
access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners.
Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and
maintain automated workflow processes.
Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the Agency and its
partners to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
Analyse and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users. (This
requires thorough understanding of the Click Drag and Drill reporting tool and the VB
Script Language).
Provides strategic and tactical planning, development and coordination of the information
technology systems.
Management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including
voice, data, imaging and office automation.
Participates in policy and decision making regarding resource allocation and future
direction and control of proposed information systems.
Develops, coordinates, guides and maintains IT systems strategic and operational plans in
support of the overall business strategy.
Provides quality service to end users in needs analysis, solution recommendation, vendor
selection, implementation, training, and post-installation support.
IT department of 7 servers, with LAN and WAN and internal network for 35 users and
external network for multi location connected to Head Office by VPN, Data
synchronization between ERP POS (Point of Sale), BackOffice, RM (Restaurants
Management Application), PIMS .
Develops network operations budget and ensures operations meet approved budget levels.
Advanced hands on experience in routing/switching/security designs and configurations.
Evaluates software vendors and solutions.
Install all new hardware, systems and software for networks.
Install, configure, maintains network services, equipment and devices.
Supports administration of servers and server clusters.
Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.
Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure.
Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstation and associated systems.
Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
