• Assisting Project Manager & Site Manager in all Technical Issues, Material Management, Commercial Issues, Review of Sub-Contractor, Communicate with Consultant & Client and Supervise all Site Activities which also includes Sub-Contractors, Commercial dept., Planning dept., QA/QC dept., Safety dept. & all other Office Staff.
• Supervise, Train and Evaluate civil Engineers.
• Prepare Periodic Reports as required for Higher Management;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise by reviewing related documents.
• Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Review with concern engineer about manpower requirements and inform PM should a change be needed.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Ensure that Company QHSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department.
• Coordinating & Controlling Sub Contractors for all Technical & Commercial issues like Material Submittal, Site Co-Ordination, Sub Contractor Claims, Monthly Payment Certificates and Back Charges.
