Attend & follow-up the progress meetings, Technical meetings with Consultant & Client.
Preparing preliminary design (PD) & Detailed Design (DD) Documents like, PLC IO List, Operational & Control Philosophy, Functional Design Specification, FAT & SAT Procedure, ISA Format SCADA/Instruments Data Sheets, etc.,
Preparing Preliminary Design (PD) & Detailed Design (DD) Drawings like, SCADA/PLC System Architecture, PLC Wiring Drawing, Loop Drawing, and Instruments Hookup Drawings.
Develop the PLC Program, SCADA Screens, and HMI & Perform FAT, SAT with Consultant & Client.
Raise RFQ, follow-up with internal procurement team to issue PO (Purchase Order) & follow-up with vendors or suppliers for material delivery as well support them for Clearance of payment as per PO terms.
Raise the MIR’s, RFI’s and co-ordination with Consultant, Client for an inspection and snag list close outs.
Executing site construction activities like, confirming the panel location based on the site condition, Control relay panel testing, Offline and online loop checkup.
Execute the Pre commissioning & commissioning activities.
Vender package commissioning support to supplier & interface the system with our PLC as; 1. Fire alarm control panels (FACP), 2. Fire trace system, 3. Gas detection system ( Hydrocarbon detection system, Odor Gas control system, CH4 Gas control panel, Flammable Gas control panel) 4. Door access control, 5. CCTV systems, 6. UPS, 7. Pump monitoring and control unit, 8. Ventilation systems, 9. HVAC system, 10. Fuel system control panels and all other third party utility system.
