Experience in Handling External Auditor (ISO, HSE & HACCP) in Certification, Surveillance and Re Certification Audits.

Establishing, maintaining and updating Quality Manual, Procedures formats, and documents revision control.
Preparing Division wise internal audit schedule and conducting internal audits with reference to QMS procedure and standards.

Ensuring products specification are per company requirements while receiving products/materials.
Perform appropriate dimensional inspection and functional testing of firefighting products as per Bsi Standard, if any deviation arises initiate and follow up necessary corrective action.
Ensure that the production quality being offered for inspection meets the clients’ requirements.
Act as a technical resource to plant management and Customers to address, troubleshoot and resolve quality related issues.
Preparation of products for the third party Quality certification (KITEMARK) with reference to the Bsi standard
Conducting in-house 5S and basic safety training to employees.
Conduct safety audit in and around organization, any deviation notify to management with appropriate corrective actions and do follow-up for the effective implementations are documented and recorded.
Active participant in ISO 9001:2008 audit and LPCB audits
Review QA/QC inspector performance and report findings to QA/QC Manager, where necessary initiate training to enhance their skills.
Handle quality interface with the customer or his representative and ensuring effective corrective action and preventive action through regular follow- up.
Review and advise the process owner of calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project
Carry out all necessary Quality Management System inductions and Promote the HSE practices in factory.
Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) packaging products visual and dimensional inspection for the mass production.
Products preparation for the Product certification audit from Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL)
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System internal audits various departments within organization.
Receiving inspection of all the raw materials and conduct appropriate testing of raw materials.
