Act as a technical resource to plant management and Customers to address, troubleshoot and resolve quality related issues.
Preparation of products for the third party Quality certification (KITEMARK) with reference to the Bsi standard
Conducting in-house 5S and basic safety training to employees.
Conduct safety audit in and around organization, any deviation notify to management with appropriate corrective actions and do follow-up for the effective implementations are documented and recorded.
Active participant in ISO 9001:2008 audit and LPCB audits
Review QA/QC inspector performance and report findings to QA/QC Manager, where necessary initiate training to enhance their skills.
Handle quality interface with the customer or his representative and ensuring effective corrective action and preventive action through regular follow- up.
Review and advise the process owner of calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project
Carry out all necessary Quality Management System inductions and Promote the HSE practices in factory.
Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) packaging products visual and dimensional inspection for the mass production.
Products preparation for the Product certification audit from Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL)
