 Develop positive, ongoing business relationships with the client's executive management team, end users and third parties striving to understand the client's business issues and how they are impacted by products and services
 Participate in and assist in Business development and product sales. Maintain an up-to-date skill set of current releases in order to effectively service our customers and generate adequate revenue for the company

Responsible for handling the project Implementation and Post Go-Live Support of Oracle E-Business Suite R 12 in FMCG industry.
Some of other responsibilities are
 Preparing training documents and provides training to the business users.
 Create Service Requests/Tickets for the issues and bugs reported by the Users.
 Supporting the end users of the Oracle EBS application by providing solutions to the queries raised.
 Assist in Financial reconciliation and financial month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process for the clients as support
 Worked in integrating Oracle EBS with the E-Payment system of Standard Chartered Bank
