• Coordination with BMS/IBMS vendors, Consultant and Architect.
• Prepared the Technical specification, data sheets, coordinate diagrams, Logic diagrams and system architecture drawings using with ACAD.
• Prepared Engineering Documents/Drawing (Technical Submittal/As Build Technical Submittal, field sensor, detectors and readers, camera mounting drawing and Handing over Documents).
Coordinate with sub-contractor for the Fire Alarm System as per the schedule for our s main contractor.
Survey daily activities and report to our Manager in construction site.
Drawings coordinate with Client / Architect /Engineer / LTA other Authorities for approval.
Technical discussions with sub-contractor/LTA
Prepared BOQ for process control instruments like temperature controller, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, timer, counter and water flow meter.
Get approval of calibration certificate for each instrument from the central institute.
Designing printed circuit board for all the instruments.
Prepared quotation and achieve sales target at maximum.
Attending troubleshoot in process control instruments like Temperature transmitters, Temperature Controller, Timer, Counter, Pressure switches, Flow meters, RPM indicator and PH indicator and PLC, PID, data logger.
Prepared data for our instruments like pharmacy industry, industrial automation, air-conditioning, machinery and public utility
