Managing scope, schedule and budget in Engineering Consultant Service Projects in Kuwait Oil Company as a Project Engineer for PMEK.
To determine the staffing requirements based on the workload and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
Preparing work plans, monthly project progress reports, Audits, Validation and Closeout of the project as required
Heading a team of 10 Engineers for the Review, Co-ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client
of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
1. Executed Train-1, 2, 3 Project Safety Studies in Ras Gas- Dukhan field by managing the project scope, stakeholder management, project life
cycle management as per QP Guidelines and HSEMS.
2. Successfully managed 1.7 Million USD including determining scope, mobilizing project mobilization, surveying site, collecting data
collection and managing Stakeholder for South Asia first Oil Explorer in Onshore domain in India
3. Carry out diagnostic studies on ongoing project/ construction, to measure what is achieved vis-à-vis the plan by the project control team
based on progress reports and feedback to ensure timely completion and formulate an action plan for schedule adherence
Established and continually managed project expectations& Outcomes within team members and other stakeholders.
Reviewed project plans and proposals, Identified project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculated
time frames and sequenced the stages.
Presented cost estimates and performance standards. Oversaw and coordinated the technical aspects of the project. Prepared status
reports and regularly monitored budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocated project resources appropriately, approved expenditures
and employed contractor contracts.
Liaised with internal and external stakeholders during course of their duties to satisfy project needs and deliver the project benefits.
Ensure that field projects controls documents such as construction schedules, resource histogram, reporting systems, commodity database,
material control systems, etc. are fully developed & implemented by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management
and that engineering & procurement activities are properly interfaced
Review the status continuously and keep the Project director/ Manager apprised of the progress and the areas needing attention for
schedule adherence
1. Managed manpower and coordinated site activities with EPC and Client for 3x500 MW (IGSTPP) Hayana for Stage-1 Commissioning
activities.
2. Ensured that the commissioning obligations of the project are carried out in accordance with the terms of contract, quality and schedule in
conformance with good practice of commissioning standards.
3. Ascertained all quality control records for the works are progressively accumulated, indexed and available to support a phased systematic
acceptance.
