 Review the scope of work quantity/measurement & Specification reconciliations accurately.
 Negotiating and finalizing agreements with consultants and contractors to secure favorable terms and
conditions.
 Regularly reviewing and approving interim payment certificates prepared by consultants and
contractors
 Diligently identifying and assess variations to the original project scope, considering changes in design
and specifications.
 Review and negotiating the contractor variation claims, ensuring effective and timely finalization.
 Advice and key note to assist quantity surveyors regarding evaluation of variance claims.
 Reviewing the scope of work and analyzing the specification of the material Price to controlling the
cost.
 Enforce cost control measures for projects by collaborating with Engineers and the Commercial
department, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
 Preparing detailed monthly financial reports, including payment logs, variation logs, and claims logs.
 Supporting the process of resolving payment issues for vendors and third-party suppliers

 Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoff, meticulously analyzing project drawings and specifications
to estimate material quantities.
 Preparing accurate interim payment applications, facilitating timely and transparent payment
processes.
 Preparing and finalizing the variation package to consultants/clients based on revised drawings and
specifications following variation notifications.
 Preparing and finalize comprehensive Subcontractor/Supplier packages within budget constraints.
 Checking and finalizing subcontractor valuations and approving interim payment certificates.
 Monitoring subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and time.
 Finding New suppliers and subcontractors to ensure each project element aligns with the
budget value
 Preparing project performance reports and summaries for internal use or for presentation to
senior management, highlighting key achievements,
 Maintain proper records of agreed measurement-oriented/Item rate variation and ensure
compliance with such rates
 Preparing and finalize the projects final accounts, including reconciling all costs and
payments, verifying variations, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements

Responsibilities: -
 Conducting preliminary review of tender documents including Request for Proposal (RFP),
Specifications, Drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
 Identifying any missing or unclear items in the drawings and specifications that may require
clarification for accurate interpretation.
 Communicating with consultants and stakeholders to seek clarification on issues identified during the
tender document review.
 Reporting all discrepancies found in the tender document especially between drawing,
specification and BOQ
 Apply industry-standard measurement methods to calculate quantities accurately.
 Utilize industry-standard software tools, including AutoCAD and specialized quantity take-off
software, to extract accurate measurements from drawings
 Verifying project build-up area calculations by cross-referencing architectural and engineering
drawings to accurately calculate dewatering durations based on project requirements, soil
conditions, and hydrogeological factors
 Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of quantity calculations before
bid submission.
 Study and verify received quotation from suppliers and subcontractor and fill unit rates in
coat comparison sheet

 Determined Project Feasibility by Estimating the Quantities and Cost of Labour, Equipment, and
Materials.
 Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety
and sanitation standards are being met
 Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
 Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the project director and
consultants evaluating as per the planned schedules.
 Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
 Coordinating with contractors to full fill the client requirement.
