Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Provide pre-consultation in absence of the consultants
Maintain office area clean and tidy
Prepares visa application (outbound - visit/tourist/business)
Prepares migrant application forms for NZ
Prepares and send assessment for Degree qualification (Canada/Australia/NZ)
Attends to clients concerns and or complaints
Prepares clients skill assessment forms for Australia application
Maintain an updated accounts
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Pick up and deliver the mail
Open and date stamp all general correspondence
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Monitor the timesheet of each employee
