• Reporting to the Country Manager and supervised one resource with the responsibilities of design, planning & implementation of ERP & POS solutions.
• Accountable as Single point contact for all the IT needs in Qatar operation while interacting with customers to address their needs.

• Monitoring and documenting implementation issues and review requests.
