Roles & Responsibility :
 Conduct induction sessions, which includes briefing about the company; giving employee handbook; getting employment form filled; Introducing to required team members; updating the employee details in the HR system. Training (product & system training) to be arranged for all new joiners
 Monitoring employee work performance during probation.
 Draft employee letters in relation to salary, bonus or benefit adjustment.
 Arranging insurance cards for new starters and coordinate with PRO team for Visa, labor card and Emirates ID.
 IT assets to be arranged, desk allocations
 Arrange for Business cards to be printed
 Employee hard and soft files to be created
 Reducing employee grievances by conducting employee one-on-one meeting for 200+ staff & 2000 + Labors.
 Site audit at construction sites in World Islands and sending to management.
 Separation formalities like taking clearance from all departments; taking exit interview; issuing letters like experience letter & relieving letter for internal and external Employees.
