Projects Execution
Erection and welding of intermediate oil storage tanks, all 31 tanks in BORL. as per API 650 and API 620.
Hydrotesting activities: vaccum and pressure testing of cone roof, dome roof & floating roof tanks testing.
Responsible for floating Roof tank water Draining through sump drain, monsoon checks, weekly checking of Tank Equipments & fittings, general housekeeping of Tank Roofs, OWS operation.
MS BLOCK piping welding and erection subsequently hydrotesting of systems.

Maintenance Works Undertaken
Handled procurement of rotary spares of pumps, turbine parts, governor TG-13, TG-17 Type, reciprocating compressor spares including operational as well as insurance spares.
SAP codification and Procurement of mechanical seal spares of pump of different type/model.
Approval of technical recommendation of all rotary spares before final procurement.
Played a key role in technical recommendation provided for installation of pneumatic unloaders in place of BP&CL make conventional type unloaders.
Overhauling and maintenance of: pumps BB TYPE, Overhung type, multistage pumps, vertical pumps of make: KSB, FLOWSERVE, KBL, KEPL, KISHORE, SUNDYNE.
Maintenance of agitators, blowers, unloading pumps like Wilden make.
Overhauling and maintenance of reciprocating compressors MAKE: BP&CL, D-R including single stage /multistage.
Troubleshooting of reciprocating compressors i.e. high vibration, high discharge temperature, low flow.
Maintenance of reciprocating pumps, high discharge pressure make BP&CL. troubleshooting done and identified faults in operation, water injection pump having 1000ppm H2S reduced to 5 ppm and pump operating normal.
Maintenance of positive displacement pumps make Swelore, Milton Roy, BP&CL.

Highlights
Successfully erected and commissioned different types of tanks like single deck floating roof, cone roof tanks and dome roof tanks. Completion of format -I II, III including process checklist in view of handing over storage tanks.
Concluded the format -I II, III including process checklist in view of handing over piping system of motor spirit block.
Was responsible for trial run of Pumps in co-ordination with process team during commissioning.
