Presently working as a Sr. Manager in Technical Center, & Leading the Vehicle Testing & Prototyping.
Key Results Areas:
• Projects: Tunland Pick-up 4X2 & 4X4, LDT 12.5T Haulage, 31T 8X2 Haulage.
• Benchmarking: 12 Vehicle benchmarked comprehensively till now in LDT / MHDT/ Mini trucks segment, with respect to performance attributes, static & subjective evaluation and tear-down.
• Responsible for physical validation Outdoor testing and prototyping of all vehicle segments like LDT, Mini-
trucks, SUV / CUV, Pick-ups. To conduct performance, fuel efficiency, reliability, durability, dynamic subjective evaluation and customer end trials.
• To prepare the Proto plan, Design Validation Plan (DVP), Budget report for all the planned projects, and to ensure the adherence to the plan.
• To develop the testing & prototyping facilities and validation team. CAPEX & OPEX preparation and monitoring for function.
• To arrange outsourcing for the various testing facilities through different agencies.
• Workshop setup for proto & testing from scratch.
Worked as Manager with Product Design & Development (PDD) department in Vehicle validation & Prototyping function.
Working areas & Projects:
Out Door Testing: Performance, Fuel efficiency, Highway endurance, Accelerated endurance testing for following
projects:
• Bus Projects: RESLF (Diesel, AMT & CNG), 20.15 Semi-low floor, 11.12K, 10.75 Limo-AC, VE3100.
• HD Projects: Terra25, Terra16, 30.25-CRDi_BS3.
Almost 60 vehicles tested for above projects.
Proto Typing: Proto vehicle development for all new projects (LD/MD, HD and Buses).
• VE2100 (8X2H, 6X2H, 6X4T, 4X2T, 4X2TT)
• VE1100 (11.10XP, 10.95XP).
• Condor Cab: Complete In-house trimming for imported BIW for next generation vehicles.
• Other: 40.35 TT, T25 (Bogie suspension), 10.75 Limo, 11.12K Bus.
Almost 70 prototypes produced for above projects.
Other prime activities:
• Project planning and co-ordination with different agencies. Validation and Verification plan preparation and adherence.
• Representing the related function of department in PRM/ CFT/ Daily morning meetings. E.g. Condor Cab, VE2100, VE1100, VE3100, CSI-1, member of employee satisfaction committee.
Responsible for new product development & proto validation for Bus and Tipper projects.
To conduct Performance Testing, Endurance Testing, Fuel Efficiency Trials and Reliability testing for new R&D projects. following Projects have been completed successfully
Buses (HDT) : LPO1612, LPO1618, LPO1623, LP1512, LPO918, LPO1316, LPO1612_RESLF, LPO1621 BSIV.
Tipper : LPK25.18, SK1616.
First time introduced major Aggregate validated at vehicle level: Pneumatic suspension, Parabolic suspension, Hydrodynamic & Electromagnetic retarders, Automatic transmission. :
Worked as Project Trainee in Product development department. This full time year long assignment was mandatory part of Master of Technology curriculum.
Project Synopsis:
Design and Optimization of Front axle for 11 ton vehicle. Design components of front axle assembly i.e. I-beam, stub axle, hub, King pin, Bearing selection, and break packaging. Modeling, simulation and FEA analysis of the components and system.
Worked as lecturer in Mechanical engineering department. Teaching the subjects like CAD, Engineering drawing, welding technology, foundry practice, Industrial engineering, and concerned practical.
Technical training and educational visit arrangement.
Worked as production engineer in cold sheet rolling area.
Working areas:
*Responsible for 4 high rolling mill production, spares, quality function, manpower management.
* To lead a team of 8 people of supervisors and operators.

Did M. Tech. Mechanical with specialization in CAD / CAM & Automation. Secured all India 254 rank in GATE 2005 (Industrial & Production Engineering) examination required for admission to the M. Tech. Program. Rank 1 in class of 18 in M. Tech. Final Year with 10/10 semester performance index.
