Main focus of the department was to present customers with solutions for home systems and building automation.
Establishing a certification procedure, with the purpose of auditing Legrand client quality performance, as per ISO 9001 and IEC 61439 (The Legrand Partner Loyalty Program).
Building annual “Technical Training” programs to raise product awareness.
Main role was to build long term business relationship with specifiers and end users.
Perform the following designs for key projects:
Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Board.
Building Automation (Smart System Integration and Energy Efficiency).
Structured Cabling (Data Systems).
Managing three departments simultaneously: Production, Design, and Procurement (managing over 60 employees).
Controlling financial operations.
Building a “Quality Management System” tailored to fit factory requirements (ISO 9001:2008).
Main job role was to deal with distributors logistically and financially, in order to make sure no delays in the delivery of raw material happens. His responsibility was to monitor each project in the assembly phase to optimize delivery period.
Development and integration of a complete ERP system, SQL Server based.
