1. Ensure the operation of the IT Department is in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
2. Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
3. work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
4. Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including innovation, planning projects, organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.

1. Providing support & assistance to the staff & users in solving network and system issues such as malfunctions and program errors.
2. Uses Object Oriented Programming languages, for application development processes and internet technology.
3. Designing of NAVISION reports based on client requirement during the implementation of MS Dynamics NAV for small sized companies.
