Responsible for the Stores Operations & Business Development.
Analyzing business and assessing the revenue potential in business opportunities.
Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining. relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business through CRM.
Maintaining High Customer Satisfaction Levels.
Training staff for their role and responsibility
Handling P&L of the store, Budgeting, cost controlling, Look after staff retention process.
Analyzing market business and assessing the revenue potential in business opportunities.
Analyzing market through monitoring Competitors and provide data to top Management
Alpha Future is a 50:50 joint venture between Alpha Airports Group Plc. and Future Group. Alpha Future has standalone stores at airports ranging to sell duty free items. Presently the product range comprises liquor, tobacco, perfumes, confectionaries and accessories.

Making duty roster of staffs
Handling different sections of Perfume, liquor, tobacco, confectionary and lifestyle accessories.
Focus on achieving sales target of month
Monitoring the section staffs.
Replenishment and global count on daily basis.
Visual Merchandising according to Plano gram of company.
Checking Housing Keeping standard
Handling customers queries
Cashiering in foreign currencies
Handling different foreign customers
