Review and verification of Main Contract Documents with respect to the tender documents.
• Float Tender for major work packages. Evaluate the bids submitted by contractors.
• Analyzing of subcontractor’s specification and price. Agree terms and conditions with preferred/suitable subcontractors.

• Preparation, monitoring and review of procurement schedule. Weekly review and updating of procurement schedule based on the site progress and the information receive from the project managers.
• Provide the Planning and Design team with the market study information and advice about the material prices and prepare comparison charts to choose a product at design stage. Authorization of Purchase Orders on ERP.
• Receive Selected Material/Asset requisition, prepare enquires to suitable sub-contractors, co-ordinate the contract requirement, drawing specification as per project or subcontractor requirement.
• Prepare Price Comparison sheet, review up technical submittal stage to ensure the final issued order complies with approved submittal/documents/samples/ and project specification.
• Check Historical Purchase data for similar requirement to ensure suitability of product and sub-contractor. New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment through Oracle ERP.
• Procurement of mechanical items, electrical items, cables, Aggregates, cement and concrete, plumbing items, pipes and fittings, pumps, substation, sign board, gantries, bitumen items, frames, covers, chain fence, valves, water meters, survey equipment’s Travelling beam, tiles granite, formwork, scaffolding and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and all items required for infrastructure work
• Verify supplies at the port of entry and site to ensure compliance with order, in co-ordination with purchase in charge.
• Maintain and Update the technical Library, sub-contractor information Data and evaluate the sub contractor’s technical ability and service.
• Prepare, review L/C application to ensure compliance with the order, prior submission to the bank for approval, in co-ordination with Accounts Department.
• Stacking, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items in ERP.
• Fully versed with ERP Procurement process in oracle and Purchase and Maintaining All Procurement Documents in ERP.
