 Implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities and systems.
 Confer with seniors and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects.
 Inspect completed installations and observe operations and compliance with operational & safety standards.
 To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection and Commissioning.
 Installing, testing, commissioning & maintenance of electrical equipments and machines.
 Supervise and train juniors, foreman and electricians as necessary.
 Compile data and write reports regarding power consumption, electrical breakdowns, machines maintenance and existing electrical system.
 Ensure completeness of all kind of documentation related to compliance or audits.
 Plan, schedule and conduct preventive maintenance of All electrical machines, Water treatment plants, Air humidification plant, Air compressors, MCCs, PDBs, LT & HT Panels, Voltage stabilizers, Lighting and 11-0.433KV Sub Station.
 Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive maintenance for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.
 Analysis of repetitive equipment failure.
 Tracking of Testing Equipments and Instruments for Calibration Records.
 Upgrade existing system to improve efficiency and performance.
 Taking care of breakdowns related to electrical (Control panels, Motors, PLC, Lighting, VFDs etc.)
 Forecasting of spare parts, Material management and indenting material as per requirement also ensuring fewer inventories.
 Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Served as a project engineer for multiple projects:
 Erection of 11-0.433KV Sub Station.
 Route survey of HT & LT transmission lines, HT & LT line testing.
 Commissioning of MCCs, PDBs and HT & LT panels.
 Erection of Water treatment plants & Air humidification plants.
 Installation & Cabling of machines of textile plants of 5MW & 7MW connected load.
 Installation of Intercom, Fire Alarm systems & E.O.T Hoists.
 Electrification of 6 Worker buildings (384 Rooms).
 Lighting of both plants & facilities with different types of light luminaries (Indoor, Outdoor, & Special application).
 Successful in bringing down the operational costs of the designated departments.
 Handled a team of 15 - 20 people within a short span of my career.
 Was able to eliminate machine failures to the minimum possibility.
 Power cost reduction with energy saving by introducing drives & timer.
 Proved to be an excellent team leader and motivator.
 The “service turn-around time” was highly appreciated by the superiors.
