• Assist in the preparation of Department budget for the local office and international offices, looking into the operational budget and cash management in co-ordination with finance and treasury department.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial report on the legal expenses incurred and projections.

• Develop integrated revenue/ expenses analysis, projections, reports and presentations.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to the management including but not limited to comparative analysis.
• Provide project focused financial and analytical support for the firm, which includes the development of financial reports, key performance indicator (KPI), dashboards, budget templates, client reporting template, task code report and general matter maintenance.
• Summarize large volumes of data in summary reports, develop financial models, providing billing summaries, and deliver analytical support to the partners.
• Develop ad hoc analytics to explain key business drivers, size the financial impact of various last mile tactics, and influence optimal outcomes.
• Manage the existing portfolio of over US $300 million of a Single Family Office belong to a High Net worth Individual.
• Review of Investment opportunities that are provided by third party institutions.
• Conducting in-depth due diligence on the financial, market, social, environmental and legal aspects of the projects.
• Prepare and submit detailed report on the opportunities to the management.
• Preparation of cash flow forecast, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the updates from projects with financial statements on timely basis.
• Receive the updates on each investment on quarterly basis and monitor progress. Report matter to management if required.
• Seeking investment opportunities in the various business sectors such as real estate (residential, commercial, mixed-use), student housing, renewable energy mainly in solar, technology, retail, and other varied industries.
• Looking for opportunities in different markets- US, Europe, Asian market.
• Prepare valuation report and exit valuations of investments at the time of exits.
