Valuation
• Creating valuation orders for each property assigned to me on daily basis.
• Assigning the valuation orders to the vendors and make sure the property is valued on time and make a primary level review on it and forward it to the next team(CMA, BPO, 1004 appraisals, 2055 appraisals, data orders)
• Check if the loans are moved to respective property status, if the orders are triggered, if the completed values are updated)

Client relation

Property preservation and inspection
• Securing the foreclosed properties, evacuating and preserving.
• Maintenance work on the foreclosed properties done which can be getting the property secured, initial grass cut, lawn maintenance, trash out, eviction, janitorial services. This is done in coordination with the vendors who work for Altisource across USA
• “Cash for Relocation” (CFR) work for the properties which have been occupied by a Previous Mortgager, squatters or a Tenant. CFR is an offer provided by “Altisource” to the occupant(s) to re-locate to a different location, so they can vacate the foreclosed property with the CFR terms & conditions.
• Dealing with legal issues related to attorneys, county office. Coordinating with the attorneys, client, and county sheriff.

Asset management

• Moving and managing assets to different asset status according to the asset condition.
• Assigning assets to preservation co-coordinators, valuation analyst, listing broker.
• Listing the in the market in coordination with the listing broker.
• Triggering orders for valuation, preservation and listing.

Quality Assurance

• Have been training the new quality team that was formed for the betterment of process.
• Been part of the quality team and have been guiding the team
• To check quality of the work done by the agents.
• Make rules and alterations in the process for better quality.
• To Provide checklist and process manuals.
