Responsible to execute the process engineering activities. Projects worked on:
- Diesel Generator replacement (EPC Contract) Client: ZADCO, UAE, Plant: Arzanah island, UAE
- Flow-meter prover replacement (EPC Contract) Client: ADCO, UAE, Plant: Jabel Dhanna, UAE
- Chlor-Alkali plant Offsites and Utilities (FEED Contract) Client: SICON, Italy, Plant: Saudi Arabia. Capacity 500 MTPD of 100% NaOH, Cl2 gas and H2 gas.
- Worked on many tenders/proposals: Estimated manhours and prepared Process engineering execution plan
Responsible to lead medium scale projects or to lead section of plant for large scale project. Projects worked on:
- Engineering of Offsites and Utilities for JBF, Mangalore, 1250 KTPA of PTA Plant (EPC Contract)
- Front End Engineering and Design Grassroot Oil Refinery at Fujairah (FEED Contract)
- Basic engineering for Hydrogen Generation Unit, Petrochina, gaungxi (Service contract)
- Detail Engineering for FCCU and PRU Revamp. Mathura Refinery, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (EPC contract)
Responsible to carryout process engineering activities. Projects worked on
- Detailed Engineering for PRU of IOCL’s Paradip Refinery (EPC contract)
- Detailed Engineering for DCU of MRPL Refinery (EPC contract on LSTK basis)
Responsible to lead medium scale projects or section of plant for large scale projects. Projects worked on
- Detailed Engineering of Toluene Di-Isocyanate for GNFC Dahej, 50000 TPA (EPC contract)
- Technology Improvement of Ethyl Acetate, Acetic Acid and Acetic Anhydride (In-house development)
- Basic & Detailed Engineering of “C7 & C11 from Caster oil” Project (EPC contract)
Responsible to independently carryout process engineering activities. Projects worked on
- R&D, Concept, Basic & Detailed Engineering of DMTDC Stabilizer (Specialty chemical), Scaled up from lab scale plant to commercial scale plant
Responsible for preparing daily plant report and to work on plant improvement schemes.
