• Testing raw materials, packing materials, in process materials, and finished goods; managing the investigation of out of specification results, market complaints, and so on
• Organizing continuous audits to ensure compliance and sound functioning of the process
• Managing various training programs in coordination with training teams to optimize and take corrective actions on the basis of quality checks
• Working on preparing Statistical Report and daily Defect Analysis
• Ensuring that the teams adhere to all the quality standards such as HACCP, QMs, follow-up and procedures through precision/ calibration
• Supervising the 5S & Food Safety Management; generating effective procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within all areas of safety, health and the environment in manufacturing process
• Establishing adherence to organizational SOPs, generating various reports / documents and assessing the same
• Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction / quality failures for implementing appropriate system and process change for qualitative & quantities improvement
• Conducting root cause analysis of internal operations & customer complaints & taking corrective measures
• Managing the process improvements and quality related activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection and co-ordination with internal departments
• Providing administrative and technical direction to all Quality Control Personnel encompassing personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development / approval of in-house training
• Devising and implementing company quality assurance program in compliance with company requirements; driving the documentation of test results and preparing the data
• Conceptualizing quality strategies & quality systems within organization and extending support to ensure quality risks are correctly assessed and mitigated
• Continuous improvement tracking and posting established key performance indicators maintained the trend analysis of customer satisfaction, responded to customer complaints
Here I worked as QC /QA Executive . My career starts as trainee and later promoted as Executive as per my dedication and hardworking nature. Here I worked even in different sections too like Material & Dispatching, Production, Stock Keeping, Material Receiving, Statistical daily reporting.
