•Independently manage procurement subcontract trades and AMCs across various projects and various verticals of Sobha LLC
•Manage procurement activities of Sobha Realty, PNC Architects, PNC Investment, Latinem Stay, Latinem Facilities Management, Latinem Securities and Community Management
•Finalize architectural and geological subconsultants for Sobha LLC (Client)
•Handled Marketing Procurement of Sobha Realty
•Involve in Subcontracts related to IT Softwares, Sustainability, Civil, ID, FF&E and architectural finishes
•Ensure drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules in tender packages are precise and relevant
•Identifying tenders received are in accordance with project schedule and complies with the Scope Matrix
•Liaise and co-ordinate with Design Department to tackle RFIs
•Prepare commercial tender analysis identifying key factors that affect the project
•Identify potential vendors and register new vendors on the portal as part of monthly KPIs
•Process Purchase Orders and Subcontract Work Orders on ERP system (Xpedeon, ORACLE (Cloud and Hybrid Version)
•Co-ordinate with Quality Department to ensure material sample approvals and vendor factory visits are smooth and efficient.
•Conduct preliminary round of interviews of potential candidates for procurement department
Key Projects - Tecom Tower for API, Jashanmal Head Quarter, Al Barsha, Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport (Fire Facility, Police Facilities), Dubai International Airport, Nakheel Projects
•Drive tender review meetings with Developers and Suppliers/ Subcontractors
•Simplify Main Contract into individual Subcontracts to facilitate Contract Procurement
•Ensure drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules in tender packages are precise and relevant
•Develop strategies to comply with project schedules maintaining minimum lead times and maximum profits
•Critically evaluate recommendation reports and authority to let analysis
•Regularly focus on budget to allocate appropriate amount for required subcontracts
•Constantly communicate with Legal Department to ensure subcontracts comply with companys latest policies
• Liaising with Authorities for required Approvals and attend meetings.

• Assisting to Head Office for Government Authorities documentation
• Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and clients
• Overall Operations of Regional Office
• Assisting Accounts Manager for Accounts Management including payables and tracking of receivables

• Manage Inventory and budgets of materials in close co-ordination with Store Supervisor
