Responsibilities:
•Critical incident troubleshooting for global customer Network Infrastructure (routing & switching) under agreed SLA.
•Problem ticket management and finding RCA for chronicle network issues.
•Change implementation based on network service requirement via standard Change management process.
•Providing implementation plan and solution of new network infrastructure requirements.
•Assessing different parts of global network infrastructure (i.e. Single point of failure findings, Network resiliency test) as a part of Continues Improvement Plan.
•Working on routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
•Working on Cisco hardware’s Catalyst 6500, 4500, 3750, 3850, 2960 Cisco Nexus 7k, 5k.
•Documenting complex network process details as a part of Knowledge database management.
•Liaising with vendor and service provider as required
Bachelor's of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication.
