Project Description
As a part of Shared Support Team, we support multiple clients. Our Support clients in Saudi are Gulf Stabilizers Industry a fertilizer manufacturer, Al-yamamah steel Re-bars is a Steel re-bar manufacturer, Abbar and Zainy Daikin Air-conditioning Company Ltd the distributors of Daikin, National Factory for Can Ends ltd is a Can end manufacturer, Consolidated Can Manufacturing Company is a Can manufacturer, Abuljadayel Beverages is a juice manufacturer, Inbisco is a Indo-Asian FMCG manufacturer
Roles and Responsibilities
•Majorly involved in Production support activity
•Understand the business process of client, provide the solution within stipulated time period and make sure that, SLA violation cannot be happened.
•Supported from FICO module in a Change management in Production process
•Worked as a Team Lead in New support project takeover for Annual Maintenance
•Coordinating with Offshore team for on time deliverables and supporting them in getting requirements
•Prepare a documentation evaluating the current system and provide process improvements wherever required for New support projects
•Coordinating with client for giving acceptable solutions to problems, queries raised by client within predefined stringent time limit and giving solution to users.
•Understanding the user requirements, Preparing Functional specifications for new requirements and configuring the same.
•Functional Testing for EHP upgrades.
•Conduct weekly meeting and submit MOM to client
•Creation of master data and transactional data in system for FICO module.
•Preparation of test cases document and solution implemented document
