To develop EHS Plan, JSA, Emergency Evacuation Plans for the major Turnaround.
To develop Project specific HSE Plan, QRA, TRA, JSA, HIRA, and EERP. Preparation and reviews of HSE Reports & discuss with Top Management for changes if any. Imparting training & education to all categories of employees in safety procedures. To comply with the safety laws, norms & standards, regular testing & monitoring of the working environment, plants, Acceptance of direct responsibility in the matter of safety Programmers’. Active participation in safety & Housekeeping committees, Investigation of all accidents & injury reports. To conduct internal safety audits within company to identify whether the company policies & procedures are complying with national/ International regulations and to provide necessary recorded and documented findings and information’s to higher management for necessary reviews To promptly investigation regarding the cause & identify accident prone workers, Carrying out monthly/ weekly safety meetings, Full knowledge of site HSE regulations & specifications, Monitoring the application of HSE plan on site, Verifying the emergency evacuation plan, Ensure that risk assessments for activities with a high potential for loss are completed before work commences, Safety induction for the new employee & different safety training courses for the employees, Inspect and monitor the place of work on a continuous basis ensuring that all procedures, safe working practices, authorization system or permit to work systems are being carried out properly, Assist in organizing and carrying our emergency safety exercises and training, Assist with reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses and ensure that all accidents and incidents and near -misses are reported, Organizing safety tool box which guaranty a good safety attitude for all work force, Making all daily reports, waste & hazards disposal reports, monthly reports, weekly statistics,

To ensure compliance with National/ International rules and regulations, Ensures that contractors comply with site rules relating to health and hygiene issues relating to provisions for the employees of the contractors, Carry out & lead contractors EHS meetings, Participate in contractors HSE meetings and ensure the implementation of TBT Meetings. Periodic discussions with senior Management for the outcomes of HSE Issues.
