Assigned as MAC Lead Engineer for Yibal Khuff project, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) $900M +
•Follow the standard of Shell DEP, MESC & PDO standards and procedures.
•Reviewed MR, specification & system architecture of IPS, FCS, FGS, BMS, AMS and OTS includes technical bid evaluation and recommendation (Yokogawa, Honeywell and Emerson).
•Reviewed specification of field instrumentation includes technical bid evaluation and recommendation.
•Reviewed design inputs e.g. IODB, wiring database, FF segment design, building layouts, process control narrative, safeguarding narrative, C&E, P&ID (PEFS) etc.

• Review and verify the ITB documents, prepare the discrepancies list against the standards and project specification (SHELL DEP and MESC) and identifies the exact requirements and deliverable.
• Prepare project execution plan (PEP), schedule, man hour calculation and planning, Flawless Startup Initiative (FSI)
• Prepare inquiry documents for estimation purpose and based on prepare cost summary including allowance factor, construction BM-BQ, MH estimation and planning, risk assessment and final proposal documents to project.
• Prepare Field Instrument design basis, selection and sizing, specification, datasheets, requisition (MR) for inquiry. Evaluate vendor offers and prepare Technical bid (TBE) for finalized PO
• Prepare Specification, requisition and TBE with recommendation vendor for ICSS (By YOKOGAWA)

Yarwun2, RIOTINTO Refinery, Australia
• Prepare requisition and specification, datasheet, TBE and finalized the vendor for procurement the instruments
• Prepare requisition and specification for metering skid and conduct the FAT for it.
• Interfacing with PMT, Vendor, Client and Other discipline
• Conduct the FAT/SAT for Instruments/Analysers and Control System
• Developed Design guide for SPI V7.0 for use in project including designed datasheet's format and Loop drawing template as per project requirement
• Review the construction drawing like layout, JB location, Control room layout, cable schedule, hook up etc.
