Key Responsibilities (Enterprise IT solution and ERP support Head-ASPAC reporting to VP)
• Engage with C-level leadership across organizational functions for IT/ERP solutions and operations.
• Coordinate with application Managed service multiple vendors and infrastructure partners for Business critical systems to support Country business partners, Global SCM Teams, Country Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain departments, IT Shared services organization.
• Lead large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives across the franchise or enterprise for Business critical systems. Ensure the programs/projects are delivered either directly or through the project teams.
• Lead Center of excellence for IT application and ERP (JDE Oracle E1, SAP) and build IT organization in virtual environment in areas of change and release management, service operations and business process improvements.
• Engage right mix of technology resources through Managed services, ITIL framework and SLA governance for application support.
• Ensure Enterprise Systems meet SOX, GxP, Audit and CSV requirements in IT and finance & regulatory area.

• Collaborating and directing IT managers/SMEs/Solution architect and engaging outsourced vendor resources. Constantly seek opportunity for organization framework optimization.
Statement of achievements-
• Managed business partner expectations at C-level, resolved conflicts between requirements and budgets.
• Lead JDE to SAP complex migration program for 15 Asia countries and regional distribution center in 36 months time with 30 million budget and 100 SMEs from multi vendor and multi location J&J teams. Handled the situation by being assertive, friendly and motivating the team members to understand and realize the importance of end results. Was able to achieve the desired goals within budget and on time which resulted in increased productivity and world class solutions for end users and organization. As a token of appreciation was awarded the encore award for Asia pacific.
• Lead system solutions for SCM KPIs like ESO, fill rate, DOS, perfect order metric, forecasting integrity measurement, advanced planning and customer integration to enhance customer loyalty and orders by 2% and reduce excess inventory by 10 %. This resulted both top line and bottom line improvement on P&L. This was carried with cross functional and IT team coordination globally and was responsible for both IT program and directing SMEs/business process experts from concept to delivery. Received many accolades from ASPAC leadership team.
• Optimized IT/ERP support spends by 20 % by creating word class ERP center of excellence in India for ASPAC countries. This was achieved through right internal hiring, knowledge retention and vendor negotiation skills. Consolidated and optimized ERP/IT resources with capacity planning and eliminating redundancy. Received best IT executive award in 2007.
