JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check daily with the coordination of the Head
Storekeeper all system authorized storeroom requisitions
for timely preparation and issuance of items.
• Prepare all items requested as per the authorized system
storeroom requisition for timely pick up by the concerned
department.
• Ensure proper policy procedures are maintained for all
stock items received and issued.
• Ensure proper signatories are obtained for all storerooms
requisition issues by the departmental authorized
personnel and post in the system accordingly.
• Responsible for receiving according to the approved order
and proper arrangements of all stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and functional
arrangements of storerooms, cold rooms, stocks and
equipment.
• Check and record Food & Beverage items expiry dates for
follow up purposes
• Assist in storeroom inventories stock taking whenever
conducted.

• To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory control throughout the store by supervising the development and approving stocks control procedures, guidelines and work processes for one or more of the following:

• To make sure Inventory performed as per location with proper quantity and expiry mentioned and maintaining records accordingly in the Inventory system. Zero location checking also to be performed for the accuracy of the inventory.
• Lead and evaluate sales space management in co-ordination with Replenishment supervisor and sales team for cost effective replenishment process.
• Co-ordinate with Quality dept. For timely clearance of container damage destruction.
• To prepare standard reports and compare the output to ensure high standard of accounting transaction.
• Training and coaching staff to identify, communicate and coordinate disposition and removal of idle, excess, and obsolete stocks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Contributes to team effort by leading departmental or intra-departmental teams to improve stocks management functions and service levels.
• Monitor the inventory in 3PL warehouse / External warehouse.
• To manage the stock movement from 3PL to the store
• To prepare CBM reports for YACO medicals (3PL)
• Co-ordinate with Shipping officer for container arrival schedule to plan and receive goods
• Communicate and coordinate corrective actions with warehousing and other key functions.
• Comparison of inventory with external bins.
