• To lead & guide a team of supervisors, Foremen and Technicians in providing technical solutions for day to day service calls

• Lead the maintenance teams for operation and maintenance work; as per planned preventive maintenance & schedule.
• Coordination with planning dept. at Head Office for development of new and ongoing contracts.
Design, Installation, testing of HVAC, PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING systems.
Preparation of submittal for approval with client and consultant
Attending all site co-ordination meeting with clients and consultant
To arrange the materials required as per the approved submittal to run the site in order to complete the project in the stipulated time.
To deal with the suppliers in order to get the specified materials at the best prices within the perfect time of the project
Estimation & quantity survey for HVAC, PLUMBING and FIRE FIGHTING works.
Design engineering check, capability, suitability on contract drawings, co-ordination with draughtsman and giving input in preparing the workshop drawings, alternative proposals on materials, drawing submittals, schedule etc.
Duct designing (equal friction method) using duct calculator.
Sizing and design of chilled water piping.
Heat load calculation.
Plumbing fixture units, discharge units and internal supply pipe calculations.
Sump and oht tank calculations.
Selection of the equipments like Pumps, chillers and cooling towers
Reviewing contract documents (specifications & contract drawings) and preparing specific notes for the submittals.
Organizing builders works drawing after co-ordination of all the building services
Monitoring & recording regular site progress.
• Work as part of a design and technical team on the development of design deliverables, such as studies, construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates. Providing design support at all stages of the design process.
• Checking drawings for accuracy and errors.
• Ensuring Responsible for the monthly schedules and coordinate with other department to achieve target.
• Final that all work is carried out safely and according to the companies Quality, Health & Safety procedures,
• Man power handling,
• Work includes some travel to project sites to verify existing conditions as well as installation verification during construction.
