- Photo research: For each photo request first will search around 7-8 image vendors, then negotiate, finally license the same. Some cases if it is not with the agency then will call the concerned paper / agency or the person and negotiate and license the same. For publicity photos will check with the media site of the respective Hotels / Resorts if not getting will mail/ call the concerned PR Manager then arrange the photos.
- Photoshop: Each photo is very carefully crop as per requirement and then edit and color correct as per International standards.
- Design: For gallery introduction image or teaser images for the article, will carefully select the photo first then layout the same with text and images.
- SEO: Each photo before publishing will make sure the caption is as per SEO standards.
- Publish: Each WS photo will publish with Dynapub platform and then upload the same in ADAM and the unique number of each photo also will provide to the respective programmer.
- Omniture trained: Trained on Ste Catalyst and Discover which are used for pulling the PVs and UVs for analyzing each photo galleries and article in order to understand the performance.
- CMS knowledge: Thorough knowledge of CMS tools of AOL i.e. ADAM & Telescope - where photos from agencies are uploaded and downloading on a daily basis.
- Static images from videos: Video grabs are taking and then uploading the same into ADAM and providing the unique id’s the programmer which is using for the promotion of each videos.
- Sourcing: Sourcing RM/HO photos from the respective agency/paper/individual by calling/mailing them and then negotiate the price later on licensing according to AOL terms.
- Legal: Each HO / RM photo will buy as per legal terms then later on send the license details, contact address to the legal department for the approval.
Meeting the two leading food brand ad requirements under the parent company- For both brands all advertising material designing and preparing for Offset print, Files for Hoardings, Large format prints etc.
Successful launch of Donut Baker in India and store brandingfor all the brands.
