1. Providing a complete administration service by supporting each area of the team with administration support, in line with business requirements.
2. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
3. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
4. Processing Payroll by undertaking regular salary reviews.
5. Maintaining and renewing employee’s contract and visa processing.
6. Monitoring staff performance, attendance and work timing.
7. Maintaining and renewing company’s documents.
