• Providing End to End Financial solutions to the Clients after analyzing their business and funding requirements.
• Advising clients on Mergers/ Acquisition deals and providing documentary framework for both the Sell and Buy side.
• Assisting in DIFC fund setup process.
• Preparing Mandates/NDAs for clients and Arranging meetings with financial institutions/ banks.

Preparing process document for various ERP used across MEA. (AccPac, Mikro, Syspro etc.) To ensure that various ERPs work with similar Global data elements to generate standardized consolidated reports. Coordinate with various teams for Master Data Business intelligence project.
Assisting CFO in preparing • Assisting finance team in preparing budgetary analysis reports. • Assisting Finance team in timely preparation of MIS. • Analyzing performance of managers with respect to their targets.
• Providing technical support, help and guidance for Shoper customers by remotely accessing their system.
• Checking their database for analyzing the issue using MS SQl 2005/2008 for Chain stores. And checking other functionalities of software and its compatibility with OS.
• Provided inputs for module team to enable improvement of the product (Bugs & Enhancements) and support Knowledge Base, Documents.
• Done testing of various modules of the product for new releases.
• Creating sales lead for new customers after understanding their business requirement and arranging a demo if required.
• Identifying the onsite service requirements of customers and connected the customer with partner for long term for their onsite service needs.
• Helping customers to become tally partners with the objective to increase the feet on street for tally product sales. And after checking their background, qualification and other details, informing the respective department for enabling partners.
• Training old and new partners for new enhancement and important features of the software by arranging webinars through telephone line or VoIP (voice over Internet protocol), while pointing out information being presented onscreen, and the partner will respond
Passed CFA Level 3 (June 2015), CFA Level 2 (June 2014) and CFA level 1 (Dec 2013) exam in first attempt and scored above 70% in major topics as Equity, FRA and Ethics etc. in both levels.
B.Tech in Computer Science
