• Responsible for All MEP Services at Falcon and Camel race Building Smart Structure development.
• Supervising installation of Power system, Lighting System, CCTV Installation, AC Unite and Grounding.
• MV and LV Cable laying, MDP and SMDP Installation, 3.2 KW Diesel Generator Power Station installation with 4000 Amps totalizing panel with safety standards, and project requirements.

• Performed site testing of electrical equipment’s to achieving reliable performance, Continuity Testing, Insulation Resistance Testing, Ground Resistance Testing and Cable Hi-Pot Testing.
• Supervised HDPE pipe for water supply and irrigation services (Size 500, 355, 250, 125, 90 & 50 mm PN-16) straight jointing and fitting coupling jointing through Butt fusion welding.
• Fire hydrant, washout valves, gate & air valves installation, including Hydrostatic Pressure testing of line and valves to ensuring safety and functionality of the system.
• Supervised storm and sewerage network pipe laying and testing.
• Review of IFC, Shop, Composite, and As-Built Drawings, resulting in accurate documentation and smooth project Completion.
• Rectified all SNAG list deficiencies issued by Consultant, carried out final inspection with client and consultant, and received TOC from Client.
• Ensure that electrical systems are installed, and tested in compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications.

• Conducted site inspection for underground MV and LV cable laying, LT and HT termination and Telecom activities ensuring error-free installations and safe operations.
• Performed pre-commissioning visits to site, prepared snag list, and witnessed final commissioning, ensuring smooth project completion.
• Efficiently handled emergency and periodic maintenance on LV electrical installations, ensuring uninterrupted operations and safe functioning of electrical systems.
• Successfully troubleshoot electrical equipment, including water fountains control panels, lighting and power control panels, MCP, MDB, Exterior lighting system.
• Street lighting Poles and Decorative lights damages rectification, Feeder Pillar Maintenance, LV Damage & Burn Cable replacement, MV Damage Cable Jointing.
