- Identify, review and analyze (best practices, training initiatives based on research and updated training contents and modules as applicable).
- Evaluate effectiveness of training contents and modules, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures, (ex. Surveys, feedback forms ...etc)
- Design and develop knowledge tours outside the UAE for the executive directors and division managers based on best practices in different areas. (ex. Support services, Town planning ...etc)
- Design and coordinate with training institutes to conduct executive seminars for all executive directors in the Municipal System.
- Coordinate with HR mangers, Training manager in all municipalities, to make sure that their training plans have been executed and are in accordance with overall vision, mission and objectives of Municipal system.
- Establish pathway committees in all functional areas with coordination with Training Manager to identify professional training needs.
- Coordinate and deliver training to all municipalities based on law, decrees and macro level Municipal activities like new town planning codes, zoning laws, GIS initiatives, new tools and techniques for Municipal services delivering.
- Establish relationships with external training centers and institutions and develop related directories and databases with relevant information on trainers and external training calendars.
- Prepare and coordinate an action plan after each executive seminar to be reported to the top management with all the findings.
