Reviewing shift supervisor’s log books, daily log sheets, daily production sheets and laboratory analysis.
Meeting Group Head to report unit status and discuss daily plans.
Managing unit operation to meet production targets and product specifications while ensuring optimized parameters.
Ensuring that process equipment are operated and maintained reliably and efficiently.
Monitoring & implementation of work permit procedures and good house-keeping.
Job safety analysis of critical maintenance jobs.
Managing chemicals/consumables inventories on plant site and their safe handling.
Coordination with counter parts of other units and departments
