• Negotiation with insurance company to get the best quote.
• Dispatching the documents to clients and to Insurance Co.’s on time.
• Keeping updated records of renewals for all the clients.
• Helping clients in solving their queries related to the policy and claims.
• Receiving the claim documents from the clients and sending it to the Insurer after verifying.
• Registering Claims.
• Following up for the settlement of the claims.
• Arranging to get pre-approval for clients under Medical Insurance.

• Issuing Policy on behalf of Jordan Insurance Co.

• Preparing Marine Cargo Certificates and Debit notes.
• Handling Claims.
• Appointing lost adjuster if needed and following up for loss report.
• Following up with the client for the requested claim documents by the Insurer.
• Following up for the settlement of claims once all the requested documents submitted to the Insurer.
• Verifying the claim amount upon receipt of the settlement.
• Keeping updated records of renewals for all the clients.

• Preparing quotes on behalf of Jordan Insurance Co. as suggested by the managers.
