1-Monitor and report to Construction Manager of project details including progress, risks and
Opportunities in a timely manner.
2-Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications works
3-Supervise and inspect the electrical works and assure that it is completed accordance with the
Latest Drawings, Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities.

o Manage electrical works during construction to ensure alignment with the project plan and specifications.
o Oversee the installation of interior and exterior lighting systems in accordance with IEC 60590, IEC 60598, and CISPR standards.
o Ensure proper installation of cable trays and raceways following NEMA VE1, NEMA VE2, BS Standards, NEC, NFPA 70, and NFPA 130.
o Monitor grounding and bonding systems to comply with IEC 6036-3, BS 7430, and Saudi Building Code.
o Verify correct installation of electrical conductors and cables as per NEC and NFPA standards.
o Conduct routine site inspections to ensure all electrical installations meet contract specifications, approved shop drawings, and applicable
standards.
o Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing material submittals and method statements for approval.
o Coordinate with other inspectors to ensure the contractor adheres to all technical & quality requirements.
o Prepare daily logs, inspection reports, and maintain detailed records of tests, installations, and observations as per the Contract Administration
Procedures Manual.
o Report on-site safety practices and ensure electrical work progresses in a safe and compliant manner.
o Communicate with contractors to discuss and clarify project needs and ensure all electrical work is aligned with project requirements.
