Monitor network performance in terms of capacity, availability, reliability, maintainability and perform regular tuning to prevent performance deterioration
• Manage the operations, maintenance and configuration control of network systems
• Schedule routine system maintenance of network
• Monitor network systems and ensure reliability, availability and security 24/7 to support the SHB business operations and, if required, provide problem-solving of network issues (e.g. connectivity, configuration, Quality of Service)
• Ensure a reliable problem-solving of network infrastructure issues (e.g. connectivity,
configuration, Quality of Service)
• Identify, analyze and solve incidents / problems related to the network infrastructure and provide
3rd level support to the IT Service Desk
• Maintain inventory of network equipment acquisitions, installations, designs, and modifications
• Implement policies and procedures regarding network equipment, maintenance and monitoring
• Create and maintain operational, compliance, regulatory, and control documentation
(e.g. network configuration, network mapping, manuals and daily operations status report,
PCI audit)
• Monitor network performance using HP NNMi and PRTG
• Managing Access Control( Firewall, DMZ)

Perform technical tasks assigned

- perform implementation, installation and consultation tasks

- provide the reporting required by management and customers

- preform preventive maintenance

- support customers having support contracts with STS

- build design and implementation documents required by STS Project

-Performing analysis of network security needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.

- Analysing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.

- Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Secure Messaging Gateways, etc.

- Develops security and control procedures for network including recovery and backup procedures.

- Evaluates and recommends new/upgrade of software and hardware for the efficient operation of network (LAN, WAN).

- Monitors and troubleshoots network performance and make required improvement to ensure high availability and optimal use of network.

- Upgrading and backups of Cisco routers and switches configuration files

- Installation and Implementation Cisco WLC and wireless systems.
