مدير مشروع لمشاريع حي السفارات ( 68 شقق سكنية - ترميم 40 فيلا )
-The Project: ALREMAL Project (700 Villas).
-Finishing Works (Choose Suppliers, Quotations, Approved Materials).
-Water Tanks (Approved, Supply, Install).
-Dealing with HR at site such as (Medical Reports Record, Site Facilities, Office Administration, Dealing with Petty Cash around 30.000 SR, Vacations, and Patients at Site to Send them to the Hospital.
Approved drawings, contracts, contractors, payments, and approved materials. Also make strategy or plans, follow up the projects, design review, and BOQ
Project is related to Ministry of of Education.
The owner is the High commission for the Development of Arriyadh.
The Contractor is Saudi Oger.
So we are the consultant, every day I receive a request for inspection from the contractor to check his work and give him the approval as the specification and drawing need or reject his work if it doesn't.
The some work that I check every day :
Reinforcement,
Concrete,
Formwork,
Water Proofing ... etc.
Anything that related to the structural work.
Project manager for 2 projects that related to the Saudi Investment Bank.
One of them was 2 levels, and other one was 3 levels.
Civil engineer in the transportation section.
-Yellow Belt Certificate in Six Sigma from Industrial Engineering and Management System College (2011).
Certificate in Project Engineering that related to the Industrial Engineering.
