*Project manager of the initiative of (NB-IoT Communications) pilot project for smart meters
connectivity with NWC network as a replacement of old tech (RF), my responsibilities includes:
Managing the team of 10 engineers across NWC function to perform all related activities.
*Preparation of business case study to adopt the new technology which addresses the estimated
cost, benefits for company, risks and obstacles, recommendations, the feasibility... etc. which
approved by high management.
*Oversight and revise the company RFPs and the tender documents such as RFI, RFP and SoW.
*Draft smart technology standards, policies and procedures of a specific area such as design,
deployment and monitoring.
*Configure the parameters of infrastructure and information architecture for smart solutions, and
ensure integration with NWC systems.
*Decide on technology and systems and monitor the deployment of selection related to smart
solutions in operations.
*Prepare the information architecture for smart solution based on the new technologies.
*Supervise the AMR system, and other programs implementation with Clusters / Directorates.
*Ensure the implementation of Meters & Maintenance Management across all Clusters/Directorates.
*Team leader of implementation progresses teams. The teams are intend/assigned to follow up with
Smart Metering installation/replacement, Gateways installations/maintenance, and related contracts progresses for each Clusters.
*Review the processes and procedures of smart operation with Clusters/Directorates.
*Prepare/Review RFPs for Smart Operation Metering Installation, Maintenance, Replacement, etc.

Carry out Engineering, Design of Telecom and SAS Network & Systems.
 Develop the Telecom & SAS Requirements (Develop SOW/TS and System Drawings for Telecom and SAS for Trans-Co Substations, Transmission Line, Fiber Optic Cable and Pure Telecom Systems.
 Evaluation/Review of Bidders Technical Proposal and other Technical Support for Telecom Systems and SAS, During Procurement Stage for Trans-Co Substations, Transmission Line, Fiber Optic Cable and Pure Telecom Systems.
 Conducting Evaluation/Review of Contractor’s Base Design, Detailed Design and System Specifications for Trans-Co Substations, Transmission Line, Fiber Optic Cable and Pure Telecom Systems.
 Site Survey/Investigation to Identify the Actual Requirements of a Project.
 Review, Update and Participate in the Approval of Telecom and SAS Systems Standards, Policies, Specifications and Evaluation to Ensure Maximum Reliability.
 Coordinate with Contractors and Vendors and Multiple Internal Divisions to Fulfil the Project Requirements to Complete the Projects.
 Review and Participate in FAT & ITP.
 Following up Latest Knowledge and Updates of Telecom Equipment such as SDH, MPLS-TP, IP-MPLS, DWDM, Media Converter, VSAT, SCADA, etc and Fiber Optic Cable Applications.

Installation, Programming, Testing & Commissioning for Telecom Systems and Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV systems), Access Control and Intrusion Alarm Systems.
 In-depth Practice and hands-on experiences for installation, management and working of CCTV, access controls and alarm systems which includes but not limited to end-to-end connection, servers, backup, connection from multiple location to headquarters.
