Customer Response Department:
Handling customer complaints professionally.
Troubleshooting customer issues by providing technical support and escalate
them to appropriate departments.
Collaborating with other departments to meet customers needs either for the
purpose of investigation or for processing payments or refunds.

Communication Management: Act as the central point of contact by answering
and directing phone calls and managing emails inquiries.
Documentation and filling: Maintaining both digital and physical filling systems
to ensure information is organized, secure, and easily retrievable.
Office Operations: Tracking and ordering office supplies, managing inventory.
Financial Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing
invoices, tracking expenses, managing petty cash, and preparing financial
reports.
