Kaki Group was established in 1989 with main focus in the Food & Beverages and consumer Retail Sectors, where it
developed and franchised the best restaurant within KSA.
I am responsible to define and manage the Marketing department within the group companies.

• Managing 10 brands (8 restaurants & 2 food supply )
• Oversee External Communications practices (advertising, media relations, promotional and marketing support
programs, exhibitions, sponsorship and loyalty programs)
• Managing all Internal Communications (Team communications, marketing processes, information flow, and
marketing collateral).
• Managed brands website & social media channels as well as planning and executing social media and influencers
campaigns.
Developing new brands from A to Z.
House of Retail Company (HORC) is a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) domiciled LLC that was established in August,
2014 with main focus in the Food & Beverages and consumer Retail Sectors, where it will bring and develop the
best of Retail concepts within KSA and GCC.
Role at HoRC
I am responsible to define and manage the Marketing & Communications function across our brands operations.
• manageing three brands (The Toy Store, PizzaWorkz & Mashawico )
• Oversee External Communications practices (advertising, media relations, promotional and marketing support
programs, exhibitions, sponsorship and loyalty programs)
• Managing all Internal Communications ( Team communications, marketing processes, information flow,
and marketing collateral).
• Managing brands website & social media channels as well as planning and executing social media campaigns.

Managing and preparing all internal communications (internal announcements, industry clipping/news, and internal corporate campaigns).
Managing and preparing external communications and monitor publicity (press releases, corporate profiles, media kit, promotional campaigns, brochures and handouts, direct mail, promotional videos and photographs).
Planning, developing and implementing public relations (PR) strategies and programs (customer loyalty programs and partner’s marketing activities).
Launched and operating the social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and Linked In).
Scheduling, documenting, and task organizing all MARCOM department projects using Project Management Operating System (PMOS).
Supporting in cost budgeting related to the department.
Established relationships with local and international suppliers of the company.
Maintained communication with direct customers (managing products’ shipments, quality, and overall customer satisfaction). Analyzed local market prices and adjust the product selling prices accordingly on a daily basis.
Analyzed and tracked inventory in relation with expiration date and freshness of the products to match the customer demand to provide on time delivery.
Processed all invoicing to the customers and purchase orders for the suppliers.
• Worked in the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) project (Hafz) to hire Saudi members/Jobseekers (JS) in the Saudi market.
• Diagnosed jobseekers through determining their educational background, general and professional competencies as well as their work experiences to match them with an appropriate position.
• Prepared JS through one to one training (creating CV, interview skills, work etiquettes, job goal, job search methods, and communication skills).
•Searched and prepared local job opportunities.
•Coordinated with sponsorship companies to create future opportunities for potential JS (Mobily/Panda).
•Followed up with hired JS/hiring companies to confirm sustainability with the hiring companies.
•Reporting on weekly basis the number of (new JS, interviews, job applications, job matched and training)
•Always achieved a target of hiring 10 JS and conducting 60 interviews / month.
