My role as project manager initially was to prepare project business case, detailed scope and prepare project RFP for contractors bidding.

during project life cycle my job involve the following tasks:
1. Supervising the contractor to complete the project on planned schedule, budget and  defined scope in contract documents.
2. Controlling the submission of project materials, work orders, and shop drawings
3. Reviewing any change requests submitted by the contractor
4. Arranging weekly meeting with the contractor and prepare the MOM
5. Regularly monitoring the project work site and reporting any delay.
6. Preparing regular project reports for sponsor and following up with the contractor to submit the monthly progress report.
7. Insuring that all necessary human resources, equipment and requested materials are available in the work site.

Performed as a project coordinator of various construction projects for Royal Saudi Air Force facilities.

Generally my role in the project was to assist the project manager to initiate project scope and revise the project bidding documents. Additionally, this job involved assisting the PM in all project aspects to:
1. Ensure that project is completed on time, on budget, on scope and within scope and quality required.
2. Make sure that all necessary human resources, equipments and requested materials are available throughout the project.
3. Effectively mange change requests, project  scope creeps and resolve issues throughout project execution.
4. Regularly check the work site to monitor project progress
5. Deal with project risks
6. Arrange regular meetings with contractor, sponsor and project team.
7. Prepare regular project progress reports for project sponsors
8. Formally close the project and report to the higher management
