Key responsibilities & achievements:
✓ 3-Year hands-on experience in system design and commissioning of
Network systems, ELV systems, and Security systems (IP CCTV system,
Switching, Routing, VoIP Telephone, Firewall, Access control system, WIFI
system, Audio/Video Intercom system, Videowall system, Gate Barrier
System, Music system).
✓ Design, implementation, and configuration of IP CCTV system
(1000+cameras) including server, storage, and software (I2V, Cathexis,
ISS).
✓ Planning, designing, and implementing Networks with Layer 3 switches and
Core switches (Cisco, Aruba & Avaya).
✓ Design, implementation, and configuration of WIFI system (200+) with
WIFI controller.
✓ Design, implementation, and configuration of the Intercom system.
✓ Installation and configuration of Access Control System.
✓ Design, implementation, and configuration of the Gate Barrier system.
✓ Meeting the clients and understanding the requirements.
✓ Inspecting the site and estimating the material and manpower.
✓ Material procurement according to the Site specifications.
✓ Follow-up and continuous discussions for the project commencement.
✓ Planning daily targets to complete the site within the agreed time.
✓ Manpowered management to get the best output.
✓ Regular checking and inspection to ensure the quality level in completed
tasks.
Key responsibilities & achievements:
✓ Installing, configuring, managing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing
computer networks and workstations.
✓ Installing and troubleshooting intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and Access control
systems.
✓ Provide Support to clients’ computer systems(Desktops/Laptops/Network &WIFI).
✓ Configuring, troubleshooting - Windows Servers.
✓ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
✓ Participates in the execution of networking projects: (site visits, preparing proposal,
technical evaluation, installation, implementation, and commissioning).
✓ Updating Help Desk System with proper information.
✓ Understand & resolve customer requirements/issues and close tickets within time.
✓ Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
✓ Designed and prepare plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD)
software.
✓ Knowledge & Experience in cabling, patching, network tracing &crimping.
✓ Knowledge including Active Directory, Group Policies, IIS, RDP, ADDS, VMware, file
server, hypervisor, Server Architecture, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SAN storage, Exchange
server, office 365, CAD technology, Bitdefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Routing,
Switching, virtualization, firewalls, DHCP and DNS, MS SQL server.
✓ Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting - Backup systems & NAS devices.
✓ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented networks.
✓ Installation and management of E-mail server (Exchange Server and other
applications).
✓ Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting IP Printers and scanners.
