Wintec is a tertiary academic institution with over 800 staff and 20, 000 students from 52 countries. My role entailed:
•Working with key academic leadership teams across 3 campus sites
•Change transformation in helping Wintec achieve accreditation in Well Being programme with Well Being Champions
•Organized Well Being Expo events, Staff excellence award
•Disciplinary processes, coaching, facilitation of team culture changes
•Change management implementation
•Presenter at Strategic HR Business Partner conference
•Recruitment, coaching, policy development and implementation, training development
Working with the Executive Team of Women's Hospital (2, 000 staff). Focusing on operational HR management issues.
I left Doha for personal family reasons but would be keen to return to the Middle East
