• Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Costing for both Civil works and MEP works in Tenders & Live Projects using RIB iTWO Software and normal EXCEL Software.
• Getting approval for Estimation done for the project, directly from Tender & Cost Control Manager.
• Quantity Take off including verifying the quantities from QS and Preparation of BOQ as per CESMM3 Requirements.
• Control and Monitor project expenditure in order not to exceed the project budget.
• Risk & Opportunities Analysis including determining of Potential Cost Savings in the Tender/Project.
• Prepare and get approval for the Claims/Variation works with necessary backup support documents.
• Analyzing the changes in design, assessing the effects on cost and measuring, valuing and negotiating variations to changes in design.
• Computing Manhours and Equipment Hours in details for each work activity to determine the Total Project Resources requirements.
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.
• Coordinate and work with the Site Project Management Team to resolve Project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the Project works.
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
• Preparation of Technical Proposals including Construction Execution Plan, Method Statements, Preparing/checking and finalizing Project Schedules, S-Curves, Histograms, Cash Flow, etc.
• Preparation of Conditions of Contract as per FIDIC & NEC while subcontracting of works.
• Performing Procurement Department Works in Obtaining Requisition and Quotation.
• Verifying Project specifications with received quotation.
• Assisting Document Control Department.
