Reviewing of contractor’s documents such as shop drawing, material, pre-qualification, method of statements RFIs against drawing document and specifications as submitted.
Managing Inspection requests (FIR) by ensuring all works done are in accordance with the design (IFC) and approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.
Coordination with the various engineering disciplines such as Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical, and other related technical disciplines. Monitor quality works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications, safety, and health risk assessment.
Prepares surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance report (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
Monitoring the architectural and finishing works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
Strong documentation skills, thorough understanding of adherence to QA and construction.
As Senior Project Architect main responsibilities for following project:

With familiarity and experience in QECE (Qatar Emiri Corps of Engineering) and QAF (Qatar Armed Forces) standard building design and requirements.
Knowledge and understanding implementation of authority codes and applicable standards such as QCS, QCDD/ FLS and other codes.

• Serving as site representative in absence of senior architectural engineer and design manager, for all matters related to construction quality assurance of architectural and finishing works.

• Reviewing all the architectural shop drawings (IFC’s), method statements and discussing with the team with relevant supporting documents to process for approval or disapproval.

• Assisting with the final inspection of the work and reviewing the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists.
• Monitoring and controlling the day to day activities of the architectural inspectors i.e. site work inspection as well as inspection of the materials delivered in Contractors store.
• Ensuring that inspections are carried out in time and quality of installation and delivered materials is maintained as per the relevant specifications/ standards as well as relevant local Authority’s regulations/ requirements.
As Project Coordinator, (“Recall”) responsible in handling of BF+GF+3F+Penthouse/Deck Roof The Philippine Institute of Architects (PIA Centre). The said project, are funded and sponsored by various leading
architectural & engineering products by local & foreign manufacturers.
