(asset management, financial feasibilities, real estate valuations, highest-and-best-use analysis, site analysis and market assessment, risk
management and master planning);
▪ Capital analysis and structuring for hospitality and tourism projects with regards to client strategies and development agendas; and
▪ Program and critique (hospitality) real estate developments for single and multi-purpose use across Middle East and North Africa.
